Mike is a CPA, MBA, and Main Street Tax Pro with years of experience in audit, tax, corporate finance, and consulting. He’s worked inside billion-dollar companies and now brings that expertise to entrepreneurs who need clarity, not complexity. Mike’s strength is translating technical financial strategies into clear, actionable steps that business owners can understand and execute.

He started his career at Ernst & Young auditing companies with $3B–$11B in revenue, then transitioned into tax and advisory for businesses just like yours. He’s known for being responsive, strategic, and able to break down the numbers like no one else.
